30-day returns
Not quite right? Return unused tiffins in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email griffinmyshea@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
- Ship the item back; once we receive it, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Non-returnable items
Used items, items missing original packaging, or items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
