The basics of using Griffin Tech.
Subscription
Griffin Tech is billed monthly or annually. Plans automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to run ads that violate applicable laws or the policies of the connected ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). We may suspend accounts found in violation.
Ad account access
You are responsible for maintaining valid access and payment methods on the ad accounts you connect. Griffin Tech does not pay for ad spend on your behalf — spend is billed directly by each platform.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
